With Look.Net's Email Forwarding Service you can change access providers anytime you want and still keep the same address.

Easy to Remember Address
Many email service providers issue addresses that closely resemble math equations, or they have domain names (the part after "@") you have to spell out every time you give someone your email address over the phone. With a Look.Net account, your address will be easy to remember and easy to give other people. Also, "LOOK" is a word that is understood by many non-English-speaking people internationally.

How Does It Work?
When you sign up for a Look.Net Email Forwarding Account, we program your current email address into our server. When someone sends you email, it first is routed to our server, where it is instantly re-routed to your computer via your access provider.

Use your Look.Net email address on your business cards and give it out to friends and associates.

You will want to set up your computers email configuration so that your Look.Net address appears in the "From" and "Reply To" fields of the messages you send.

If for any reason your email address at your local access provider changes, even temporarily, just contact Look.Net and give us your new address. You can notify us using the on-line form, or email us at Email@Look.Net Your mail will be forwarded immediately to your new account and you'll still be able to use your same Look.Net address.

Look.Net POP/IMAP/WebMail Accounts

MultiAccess
These email accounts are accessable through POP, IMAP or through our own Web-based interface. You also have the capability to send mail through our SMTP server using SMTP AUTH, POP XTND or using the WebMail client.

POP/IMAP
The POP server is fully supportive of the newer POP standards such as POP XTND, which allows you to send mail through our mail server.

The IMAP server is full compliant with the latest IMAP standards and fully supports public and private shared folders, SSL/TLS security, login referrals, notification alerts and more.

WebMail
The WebMail client gives you the ability to checkand send your mail through a web-based interface. This is the only email client you will ever need! It offers fully automated filtering rules (customizable by you), vacation mode, shared folders (share a mail folder with someone else on our service), remote POP checking (check other mailboxes of your on the internet and combine so you only need only check this one) and a lot of other features.

Sending Mail
It is possible for you to send mail directly through the LookNet mail server thanks to modern authorization mechanisms. If your email client supports SMTP-AUTH, POP XTND or any of a number of other authorization protocols then you can send mail through Look.Net. Newer versions of Eudora, Netscape Communicator and Microsoft Outlook all have these capabilities.

Virtual Email Server

Using your domain name, we can set up a totally virtual mail environment for your company. Totally customizable webmail interface, mail to 'all' capability, IMAP Alert notification and more. You have full control of your email system, the ability to set up new users, set account limits and more.

These accounts are sold in blocks of 3, 5, 10, 30 and 100 users. Blocks can not be added together, increases are always to the next block size.
